Property Technician to Southern Skåne

Assignment Description

The client is a property company that owns and manages attractive residential properties, and on their behalf, we are looking for a property technician who can take on a full-time assignment lasting 3-6 months, with the possibility of being directly employed by the client afterward.

The assignment can ideally start immediately, but consideration will be given to any notice periods. At this regional office, you will be part of a cheerful team of six colleagues, and you will report to their property manager.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Ongoing property maintenance for apartments, repairs, and service.
• Customer contact and reporting of issues.
• Some gardening and snow removal.
• Some administrative work.

Your background

We are looking for someone who is technically inclined, solution-oriented, and has a strong work ethic. Since the role involves many contacts with tenants, you have good social skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant post-secondary education.
• At least 1 year of experience in internal property maintenance (preferably for rental properties).
• Experience in gardening.
• Good knowledge of property technology.
• Category B driver's license (manual is a requirement).
• Good computer skills.

It is also advantageous if you have:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or tile setting.
• Experience handling vehicles and machinery.

Choose yourself - self-employed or employed consultant

Your assignment will take place at the client's company, but you can choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you will be covered by a collective agreement, insurance, and occupational pension.
